Submission Guidelines
Authors are invited to submit full (maximum 10 pages) or short (maximum 4 pages) papers in English (Word file) in a double column according to the IEEE format. The first page must mention the title of the article, the names of the authors, their affiliations and electronic addresses, a summary and a list of keywords.
